• Availability is subject to stock levels; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a product is unavailable.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
• We accept multiple payment methods including cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Payment must be made in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order before processing.

5. Orders & Confirmation

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
• Orders are only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (email/WhatsApp) from us.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

6. Delivery & Installation

• We offer delivery across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery paths.
• Installation services are available for certain products as specified.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases and can be found here. Key points:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours without charges; later cancellations may incur costs.

8. Custom-Made Furniture

• Custom orders are made according to your specifications (size, design, fabric, etc.) and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

9. Warranty

• Some products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Full Flat Furnish and protected by copyright laws.
